Our forecasting models are using Machine Learning algorithms to reach very high levels of accuracy. Our passenger forecasts allow us forecast passenger numbers a daily basis and on flight level. These forecasts are the basis for every other forecast: load at each step of the passenger journey (check-in, screening, border control) and forecasts of the number of (transfer) bags. We can even predict the number of PRM passengers, whether they were pre-announced. Since all our models are transversally linked, silo thinking between airport processes is eliminated leading to a true holistic approach.
