Junior Project Consultant
Airport Intelligence is a young and dynamic organisation and subsidiary of Brussels Airport Company.
Our mission is to guide airports around the world on their journey towards pro-active, collaborative and data-driven decision making with our expertise and knowledge that has a proven track record at Brussels Airport.
We offer consultancy services to guide our customers through change and operational optimisation. Our services portfolio is complemented with the implementation of user-friendly solutions (SaaS) that support efficient operational forecasting, planning and monitoring by turning data into actionable insights.
As a project consultant you will assist the project teams in the management of various airport-related projects for our different clients (mainly European airports), from sales proposal, over the start-up of the project, to the execution and implementation and evaluation after the operational phase.
What will you realize
- Support Business Development, develop sales proposals and qualify and help closing sales opportunities
- Give administrative support in tender submissions and general pitch preparation
- Assist in translating project proposals into concrete projects, based on scope, client objectives, team availabilities, etc.
- Moderate workshops in order to facilitate Airport Intelligence projects, often in multidisciplinary teams
- Create deliverables from the input received via the client through interviews, workshops, data analyses, etc
- Help the delivery of projects within agreed timing, cost, resources, size and quality standards - Act as interface for product, project, customer and information flow
- Draft and execute action plans, campaigns and projects through a full range of communication activities and media plans such as internal and external events, campaigns, newsletters and publications, trade fairs, presentations, management of AI mailbox, promotional material such as banners and brochures, etc.
What differentiates you
- You have at least 3 years’ experience as a consultant
- You are customer oriented, have proven experience with external (international) stakeholders
- You have experience and/or passion for the Aviation industry
- You are willing to travel (30%)
- You are fluent in French or Dutch and have a good knowledge of the 2nd national language. You are fluent in English.
